Today we presented Zdeněk Sedlák from EPRIN with a certificate of membership of the Emil Open Ambassadors Club at the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Brno.
Many children and young people with disabilities do not have many opportunities for sport. One of them is the European Youth Gamesthe for Disabled Emil Open. But these are in financial trouble due to price increases and the growing interest of children. In order to continue with all those interested in sports, the Emil Open representatives Pavel Zbožínek and Radek Procházka, together with Josef Středula, founded the Emil Open Ambassadors Club to support the games.
With the growing interest in the Emil Open, the European Youth Games for the Disabled, Josef Středula initiated the creation of the Ambassadors Club. Together with Emil Open President Pavel Zbožínek and Paralympian Radek Procházka, the idea was developed and you can now find out more. Why was the club created, for what purpose and what is the idea? Find out in the short introductory video.
Let's Save Emil Open! is the name of a campaign we do not want to complain, cry, moan ... We are grateful for the great support of all our existing partners, especially the Statutory City of Brno and the South Moravian Region. With this campaign we want to respond to the ever increasing interest of young disabled athletes in the Emil Open and to the fact that our existing partners simply do not have any more opportunities to support our games.
