Josef Středula

We met Josef for the first time at the Emil Open 2020. His enthusiasm for the Games, empathy and the fact that he himself has a niece in a wheelchair brought us together to help the handicapped, which continues to this day. This year, he responded to our “call for help” and actively began addressing the loss of this year’s Emil Open. He came up with the idea of founding the Emil Open Ambassadors Club, in which he immediately became actively involved. His direct financial support and connections with other partners are already helping us cover the loss. And not only that. He is actively helping us at the national level to find a systemic solution for anchoring Emil Open and our unregistered athletes.
